Was Gäste liebten

Bewertungen von Google“Truly one of the best stays ever! We were on our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly relaxing and special. The hotel is absolutely dreamy, and our room was perfection. The pool looked like something straight out of a movie, the spa was wonderful (the sauna is on the smaller side, but still fantastic), and the gym was well-equipped with everything needed for a quick, quality workout. We had dinner at Ocre and sat outside—despite a chilly evening, it was such a beautiful experience under the night sky. The staff even provided blankets so we could stay warm and comfortable, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was outstanding; don’t miss the sobrassada and honey starter—it’s unforgettable. The entire meal was excellent. There’s also a great market in Santanyí every Wednesday and Saturday, and the hotel is literally just around the corner. Being able to stroll over early in the morning and explore the vendors before the big crowds arrived was amazing. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay—so kind, attentive, and helpful. I truly cannot wait to return.”
“If you’re looking for a perfect babymoon hotel this is it! Truly peaceful and relaxing. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The town is quiet and my wife and me enjoyed that peace. We rented a car and went to all the beaches near by. Overall I truly recommend this hotel and we plan on going here again on our future anniversaries.”
“The rooms were solid, but otherwise, the hotel facilities were average. We tried to eat dinner out by the pool restaraunt and the staff told us it was closed. We then came back after dinner only to find people eating out at the restaraunt by the pool. They simply did not have their act together and for a hotel charging over $1,000 per night, this is simply unacceptable. We also had an issue in the spa where the AC was not working in a massage room, which was unfortunate. However, throughout the stay, the staff continued to apologize and make up for the mistake in other ways, which we appreciated. The GM also reached out after our trip via email to ensure we had a good stay and apologize for any inconveniences. It was nice to see them go the extra mile.”
“We stayed at Can Ferrereta for a portion of our honeymoon and were honestly left pretty disappointed. This was one of three luxury hotels we stayed at during our time in Mallorca, and unfortunately it was our least favorite from a service standpoint. While there were also positives, our biggest issue was the service. On more than three separate occasions, other guests who arrived after us were helped before we were or received the same drink orders before us even if they ordered after us. At the pool, there were two separate occasions where no one ever came by to take our order, and we eventually had to walk up to the bar ourselves to get food and drinks. During our stay, there was a large group of guests who were attending a wedding at another venue, and they seemed to receive the majority of the staff's attention. We understand that hotels naturally have different groups and events to accommodate, and we're sure Can Ferrereta hosts plenty of honeymooners. Still, it was disappointing to feel consistently deprioritized during what was supposed to be a very special trip for us. Another frustrating experience involved transportation. When we checked in, we were told to call the front desk in advance if we needed a taxi. We called about 30 minutes before we wanted to leave, but were told that since our destination was only about 20 minutes away, there was no need to book ahead and they could have a taxi in five minutes. Based on that advice, we came downstairs five minutes before our planned departure—only to wait another 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. Had the taxi simply been ordered when we first called, it likely would have arrived when we actually needed it. That said, there were definitely positives. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location next to the Santanyí market is fantastic, and the highlight of our stay was the tasting menu with wine pairing at Ocre—it was honestly one of the best meals we had anywhere in Mallorca. Overall, Can Ferrereta is a gorgeous property, but for us, luxury is defined just as much by service as it is by design. Given our experience, we'd recommend coming here for dinner at Ocre but choosing a different hotel for a honeymoon stay. For the hotels we absolutely loved: Sa Pedrissa in Deià and the Kimpton Aysla in Calvià both made us feel much more genuinely welcomed and cared for.”
“Pros: Beautifully designed, high end amenities, and a great spa. I stayed here for 5 nights and found the reception team to be professional and lovely. Some of the junior staff members are clearly trying their best and are very very sweet! Cons: • Service Gap: If you are used to genuine high end service, you will find a significant gap between the hotel's luxury positioning and the actual delivery. There is a noticeable lack of situational awareness and proactive service in the restaurant. I frequently waited far too long for menus or to have my order taken. At breakfast, I often had to walk to the staff to order my coffee and juice because no one made eye contact or approached me after I was seated. Getting staff attention was a constant, unpleasant challenge. • Poor Management: One evening, with only two tables occupied, the supervisor ignored me regarding daily specials but briefed other tables. His excuse for the oversight was being "too busy"—unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. • The Vibe: The pool bar enforces a "cover-up" policy where I was told I must wear a shirt over my bikini to sit down, yet no pants or lower cover-up were required. It’s a pretentious formality that doesn't make sense for a bar right next to the pool, especially when the service level doesn’t match the "high-end" image they are trying to project. Not an effortless, relaxed vibe at all. • Value: I stayed in a Deluxe room, which is not their smallest room category, yet it still had no bathtub. This did not feel worth the luxury price point this hotel positions itself at.”
