“This was my second stay at the Amarande Hotel, and once again it exceeded all my expectations. I can say with complete confidence that I will be returning in the future. What makes this hotel truly special is its staff. Every single member of the team, without exception, is exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave, you feel valued and well looked after. The food is excellent, with a great variety of high-quality dishes and consistently delicious meals throughout the stay. Whether at breakfast or dinner, the culinary experience is outstanding. The hotel itself is immaculate. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, and every area of the property is maintained to a very high standard. The combination of outstanding service, excellent food, and spotless facilities makes the Amarande Hotel one of the best hotels I have stayed in. “We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Ayia Napa! The service was exceptional from start to finish—everyone at reception, the managers, and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was great, and as a vegan, I was delighted by the variety of vegan options available—plenty to choose from and all delicious! The staff were so kind and attentive at every turn. That said, we did have a bit of a disappointment. We booked a room with a full sea view, and we paid an extra 100-150 euros for the entire stay. However, what we got was a side sea view. The hotel insisted it wasn’t a side sea view, even though we had to lean out the window to see the ocean. They kept pushing us to take other rooms but it wasn’t desirable locations, which was really disappointing. Also, we were not offered a compensation or refund for what we paid. They even asked money for late checkout. Aside from this issue, though, everything else was OK. We would still somewhat recommend it to anyone, just be sure to clarify the room type before booking! And insist on that.”

“We had the pleasure of staying at Amarande for our anniversary and had a very special stay. We were gifted a bottle of bubbly and a card wishing us a happy anniversary. The staff were super friendly at the reception and we had a refreshing welcome drink. The room design is very neutral, so is the overall hotel. The lift system is a bit confusing at first but we got there. We had room 128 which I'd say is just about passable for a 'side sea view' because 70%of the view if the fake grass roof of the restaurant below so if this was a week long holiday I'd be annoyed but we only came for the night and we're locals so I didn't mind. Food at the bbq buffet was excellent. Many choices for veggie and meat lovers. Would return for the food even without staying the night. The soup was delicious - I believe it was pumpkin. The vegan sushi was excellent too. The restaurant manager Pany was very welcoming, very attentive and checked in a few times to see if everything was well. Breakfast had many options too, just a bit strange you had to order omlette from the waiter. Would've preferred to order at the cooking station and have it on my plate right there. Live music by Bozhena was amazing - what a voice! Overall a top hotel experience for Cyprus.”

“We had an amazing stay at the Amarande Hotel and we would definitely visit again! The hotel itself was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the buffet offered a huge variety of delicious choices every day. The reception team was always professional, welcoming, and extremely kind. A special thank you to Ms. Pany Stylianou, the restaurant manager, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She assisted us with everything we needed and made us feel truly cared for. On our very first night, we experienced an issue with the parking, and Ms. Pany immediately came to assist us together with Petros , Nanda and Ms. Yiola. They handled the situation quickly and professionally, solving the problem right away, which we appreciated very much. We would also like to mention Ms. Yiola and Ms. Roberta at the reception, who were both excellent, friendly, and very helpful during our stay. What stood out the most was the wonderful relationship between all the staff members. Their teamwork and positive energy created such a warm atmosphere and genuinely made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Amarande Hotel for making our stay so memorable and we will see you again soon!”

“Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. The room was beautiful, very clean, and the lateral sea view was amazing. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and gave us one of the best nights of sleep we’ve ever had. The bathroom, toiletries, and all the products provided were excellent quality. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and always helpful. And the breakfast was simply unbelievable — honestly the best breakfast I have ever had, even after visiting several 5-star hotels around the world. Everything was fresh, high quality, and perfectly prepared. I would also like to ask if it would be possible to know the exact model of the mattress in room 426 with the lateral sea view. It was absolutely incredible and one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on.”
