“This is our second stay at Serry Beach Resort, and once again everything has been absolutely perfect. The food is amazing, the beach is beautiful, and the architecture of the hotel is stunning. The animation team is fantastic, and the activities are always fun. A special thank you to Jimmy, the best entertainer! All the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. In our opinion, it’s the best hotel in Egypt, and we can’t wait to come back again!”

“I would like to say a big thank you to the animator Antonuos Ebrahem. He was incredibly kind to me and my friend throughout our stay. He always included us in the activities, took the time to talk to us, and made us feel welcome. He was always friendly, full of positive energy, and made every activity so much fun. We truly enjoyed spending time with him, and he made our vacation even more special. Thank you so much for everything. We had an amazing time and will always remember it! Iwould also like to thank Ahmed Ibrahim for his outstanding service. He was always attentive and constantly tried to make us laugh. “My experience at Serry Beach Resort Hurghada was extremely disappointing from the very first day. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into a frustrating experience. The service was highly unprofessional. Many staff members appeared uninterested, requests were either ignored or took far too long to be handled, and there was little attention to guest satisfaction. The overall hospitality was nowhere near the standard expected from a luxury resort. The food was one of the biggest letdowns. The buffet offered limited variety, the quality was poor, and many dishes tasted cheap and repetitive. The drinks were equally disappointing, with low-quality ingredients and very limited options. The resort itself looks nice in photos, but the overall experience doesn’t live up to the marketing. There was a constant feeling that the hotel was cutting corners to save costs, which affected everything from the food and beverages to the service. For the price charged, the value is simply not there. There are many better hotels in Hurghada offering far better food, service, and overall guest experience. I would not recommend Serry Beach Resort Hurghada and definitely would not return.”

“I had an amazing stay at Serry Beach Resort and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making my holiday so memorable. The service throughout the resort was exceptional from the second we arrived. All waiters & chefs were always friendly, attentive and professional, making every meal a pleasure. They worked tirelessly with a smile and were always ready to help with anything we needed & the food was delicious across the buffet and all restaurants. I would also like to recognise the housekeeping team for keeping the room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Their attention to detail ensured that we always returned to a clean and welcoming room. The animation team also deserves special praise for their enthusiasm, energy, and entertainment programs. They created a fun and lively atmosphere for us. They motivated us to join the activities and I experienced things out of my comfort zone like paddle boarding as snorkelling that I wouldn’t have done if it wasn’t for their encouragement. From the moment I arrived, everything felt amazing — the location right on the Red Sea was breathtaking, and the resort’s atmosphere was both luxurious and relaxing. The private beach area was perfect for lounging under the sun and enjoying the beautiful clear water. The hotel itself has such a high standard of comfort and style — my room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view. I loved waking up every day to the sound of the sea and enjoying delicious breakfasts with a huge selection of fresh food. What made the experience truly special was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a fantastic time, whether it was at the beach, by the pool, or in the restaurants. There were so many activities to enjoy — from water sports in the Red Sea to yoga, diving, and cool entertainment programs in the evenings. Every day was filled with fun and new experiences, and I loved exploring both the resort and the surrounding city of Hurghada. Overall, my vacation at Serry Beach Resort was one of the best trips I’ve ever had. Everything was so well organized, beautiful, and fun. I’m already dreaming of going back — this place is seriously amazing!”
