“We had a fantastic stay at Secrets Resort & Spa Lanzarote. The resort is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and cleaned to an excellent standard every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The food and drinks were great, with plenty of choice at the buffet and a different theme each night, which kept the dining experience varied and enjoyable. Activities could be booked easily through the Hyatt Inclusive Collection app, making it simple to plan and make the most of our stay. The evening cocktail demonstrations were a real highlight for us and became something we looked forward to each night. They were great fun and a fantastic addition to the evening entertainment. A special mention to the resort’s resident cats, who added so much charm and made our holiday even more memorable. It was great to see them being so well cared for, and they truly added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the resort. They were such a wonderful part of our experience and may just have been the extra special touch that makes us want to return again in the future! Thank you to everyone at Secrets Resort & Spa Lanzarote for such a wonderful holiday and for creating so many happy memories.”

“I’d definitely give this hotel 5 stars! We had an amazing stay at Secrets Lanzarote. The entertainment and activities were brilliant and at no added cost to your stay. This meant there was plenty to do throughout the day and evening they held beautiful live preferences which was so lovely to watch. The spa was incredible and one of the highlights of the trip – such a relaxing and unique experience and they offered us a free voucher for one day which was just so kind and generous. The hotel has three different pools, so there was always somewhere to unwind, and it was great that they showed football in the halftime bar as the World Cup is going on! What really made the stay special, though, was the service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. You genuinely feel special here, and it’s obvious that they really care about their guests. The only downside for me was the food selection for vegetarians, which could definitely be improved. There weren’t as many exciting options as I’d hoped for. However, this wasn’t enough to take away from what was otherwise a fantastic holiday as the marina was only a 10 minute walk with amazing food choices and they also hold a Friday market in the morning every week which had such beautiful dresses and creative trinkets. Overall, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service, great facilities, and a fantastic atmosphere. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote and it’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“As soon as you arrive, you're greeted by smiles from the reception staff, particularly Veronica. The Guest Experience Team are phenomenal, especially Carla who seems to be omnipresent 😂😍. If there are any issues, Carla and the rest of the team and staff will do their best to help. It was our third visit at the end of April 2026 and we are already booked to return later this year. There was some work going on to the grill restaurant, but it didn't impact our holiday greatly, as most of the noisy work was finished. Rooms are fabulous, shower superb, sunbeds are cushioned unlike some hotels and the food selection is very good. We love the fact that you don't have to book sunbeds or restaurants, it makes for a much more relaxing holiday! Never a problem finding a sunbed! Well done Secrets Lanzarote 👏⭐👏⭐”

“This was our sixth visit to the resort and yet again, it exceeded our expectations! We booked preferred swim-up suite all inclusive and it was perfection yet again. Super comfy beds, amazing power shower, spacious and luxurious with a perfect view of the sea. The guest experience team were fantastic from pre-arrival to departure. Our suite was exactly as requested as a mother & daughter both wanting our own space and the attention to detail was outstanding with a bed in the lounge for my daughter. A massive thank you to the team with a particular shout out to Carla & Valentine. Laura, yet again, was just amazing though and we cannot thank her enough for making our stay so perfect! She really cares and does everything with such passion. A true ambassador for Secrets ❤️ Food and drinks were wonderful across the resort. Thank you Javier for your leadership, supported by your staff, and for the quality & attention to detail. A special thank you also to Selene & Fernanda in The Lounge for their fantastic service and quality of drinks, they really are assets to the resort. Already booked our 7th & 8th visits, and we have high standards! Everything about this resort is perfection, elevated by the staff!”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay in Secrets. The hotel, facilities and food is of a very high standard. We booked B&B, availed of Coco cafe several times as well as Bluewater Grill for lunch on three occasions. Breakfast is really good with so many options, the only improvement needed is on the pastries (see further below). Staff generally are very pleasant and helpful. Our only negative experience was at the main bar in the evening where one staff member was quite abrupt with my husband. The staff seemed to be under pressure as it was very busy. I had mentioned I was pregnant when I booked so I was a little disappointed that there was no pregnancy pillow or any effort / consideration of this, We also had a super early check out and the hotel didn’t give us “to go” breakfast boxes which is something they should consider for guests who cannot avail of breakfast. I had booked treatments for my husband and I in the spa. This was an excellent, truly 5* experience. My masseuse Melisa gave me a thoroughly enjoyable pregnancy massage and even a little gift for my baby, a lovely touch. Well worth the price and a good real highlight of our stay. Some suggestions for the management of Secrets: - please upgrade the bathroom amenities; shower gel (which is lime green!), shampoo etc. They are made in PRC and the quality is very poor and way off 5* standard. The hotel could showcase a Canarian or Spanish brand. - Please instruct the chambermaids to fold the towels on the rack. Every day, one of the towels dangles directly where the toilet it. This is simply not hygienic! The towels should also be thicker and better quality overall. - Change the pastries at breakfast. The pastries have an off-putting gel coating on top and some even with chocolate sprinkles. - Have more signage / communication on what the entertainment is. - Room decor is a little bland and beige. More colour would be welcome!”
