“Good points: Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, spacious and light rooms, lovely pools, great staff. The food is AMAZING, as is the drinks selection. The entertainment on offer is varied and the staff seem really into it. The service is exemplary. Could be better : the air conditioning is not up to scratch. We kept the doors closed and had the Aircon on the coldest setting the whole time and the room was still too warm. We had to have two fans on to try and cool things down”

“We booked this hotel because our son needs gluten-free food and they came recommended for ability to cater for dietary requirements. They lived up to, and exceeded, expectations, taking care to provide gluten-free food and giving individual attention to our son. Many thanks to Clara and all the team for their care. Our sons loved the sports activities that were organised by the animation team. Louis and all the team made great efforts to make sure that everyone had a great time. This is a hotel that we’d definitely go back to.”

“Our third time visiting this hotel and still cannot be faulted. The service is like nothing we have experienced at other hotels - the bar staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We first visited in 2019 and we recognise lots of faces of staff who still work here offering 5 star treatment - a good sign of a dedicated workforce. We stayed star prestige this time and yet again were treated brilliantly Raoul, Luis, Yan and co on the star prestige bar area learned our drinks order on the first day and kept them flowing with friendly and relaxing service including honey rum shots even when we didn’t know we wanted them! It made for such a lovely positive experience. Esther who provided the activities for fitness and bar workshops including a game of bingo was a delight to meet and was lovely to listen to - she worked so hard to ensure everyone enjoyed the activities at whatever pace they wanted. She has a great sense of humour. Rooms are spacious and clean with lovely views. Yes there are mosquitoes but where near water doesn’t have them? The food was amazing and again service in the restaurant cannot be faulted. Diego’s cooking skills were fabulous and the range and quality of food was like nothing we have experienced in other Iberostar hotels.”

“My first time in this hotel and it was fantastic. From the food to the quality of the rooms. My favourite thing of all was was Esther loved everything she did from the Pilates in the morning, aqua fit in the afternoon. But most of all loved her master classes which were so enjoyable loved the coffee grounds. But overall her enthusiasm and want to get people involved made the trip very enjoyable. The bar staff were fantastic and very attentive and Raul was also great in helping Esther with her masterclasses and his service was top notch . Cannot wait come back next year”
