“A genuine five-star experience, mainly thanks to the exceptional service. The reception and concierge staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. After asking if any rooms with a view were available, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. Even on the first floor, the view was still ok. The only downside was the outdated TV, which lacked streaming services or on-demand films. I was also disappointed that high-speed WiFi came at an extra cost. The free WiFi wasn’t fast enough for work, which feels unreasonable for a hotel of this standard. The rooftop bar is a highlight, with incredible Bosphorus views, great drinks, and good service. The Michelin-starred restaurant, however, didn’t live up to expectations. The food was average for the price and the service was noticeably slow. A special mention to the reception team, who kindly gave us a complimentary late checkout until 4pm before our flight. Small touches like that made the stay memorable, and I would happily stay here again.”

“I’ve been to Istanbul several times, and Conrad Istanbul is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the city. The service is exceptional, and every member of the staff we dealt with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The location is another big advantage. It’s very central and close enough to easily get to Taksim, Beşiktaş, Nişantaşı, and many of the main areas of Istanbul, but at the same time it’s away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the city. You get the convenience of being in the centre without feeling like you’re surrounded by crowds and traffic all the time. What stood out to me most was the overall level of service and how friendly the staff were throughout our stay. Everything felt very well managed and professional.”
