TRS Ibiza Hotel

“We stayed here the last week of may and first of june. This review is written as a Signature Level guest. For room we had the Rooftop Jacuzzi suite and absolutely loved it. The room was clean, spacious, nice bathroom and a great view from the jacuzzi. We’ve never made it to the buffet because the a la carte restaurants and breakfast at Helios had everything we needed. Great menus and friendly staff everywhere. Our waiter at the SL-only pool, Joy, did his absolute best to make sure we had an amazing time and plenty of drinks! Also, as an SL-level guest we could go out to different restaurants outside of the hotel, with food included but not the drinks. How great is that? Not being bound to your all-in 24/7. The rooftopbar at the hotel has everything you need for a good night, but if that’s not enough the butler can put you on the guestlist for Ushuaïa, Hï or UNVRS. Proximity to San Antonio was fine. No busy roads or loud noises at night and a 15 minute walk along the shoreline to the city centre. We would very much recommend this hotel and will probably come back.”

“This is a true 5 star. We spent our honeymoon there and did not regret it. Trust me and get the Signature upgrade - you won't regret it. The perks are a steal for the price. The butler service was on point - with handling everything for us every step of the way. The food was incredible both in the buffet and also in the many unlimited a la carte restaurants. Drinks are also elite. Special mention for the Signature level sunbeds - 10/10 recommend! The views are gorgeous all over the place in the hotel - especially on the rooftop bar. The restaurant exchange program is amazing - and we used it everytime we went into town. The rooms are beautiful/modern and well equipped. I recommend getting the ones with the Jacuzzi and the large terrasse in the main building. Overall - don't hesitate to book ! We are looking forward to going back actually. Incredible experience and value.”

“The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Sheila, the lovely hostess at Capricho Restaurant 🥰 She is always helpful, polite, and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have the best possible experience. She organized everything wonderfully for our large group, and the team quickly and efficiently arranged tables for everyone. The food selection was diverse and plentiful, and we were very satisfied with our experience 😍 Thank you all so much for your hospitality and excellent service. We truly appreciated it! ❤️”

“Nice hotel, good food, enough room around the pool. We did the signature level, with extra’s. The room was a bit dissapointed though, quite small (signature deluxe Cosy) and no opportunities for an upgrade unfortunetaly. The service at the pool was very very good. While we stayed for a week, Joy was there everyday. Working very hard (even in the super warm weather days) and always so kind. He Will most definetely get 5 stars for himself! Also the people working at the beach bar, are so very kind.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Miguel gave us the warmest check-in and made us feel at home right away. The hotel itself is beautiful and offers different atmospheres depending on what you’re looking for. The main pool has a fantastic vibe with live performances, such as a saxophone player and a great DJ, creating the perfect holiday atmosphere. Abu always serves outstanding cocktails with a smile and makes every visit to the bar a pleasure. If you’re looking for something a little quieter, the pool next to the ÍO food truck is the perfect place to relax. Mark and Joy are just as friendly and serve excellent drinks and in our opinion, the bar team here makes the best Espresso Martini🥹🍸 For lunch, ÍO serves delicious snacks like the chicken tacos and amazing burgers. We also loved Helios with its Mediterranean cuisine, while Capricho offers an incredible variety for every foodie. The quality and selection of food throughout the resort have been outstanding. The Gravity Bar is another absolute highlight. Not only does it offer breathtaking sunset views, but the entire bar team creates an amazing atmosphere with their infectious energy and outstanding cocktails. Every drink was prepared with great attention to detail, and the team’s positive mood made every visit even more enjoyable.. And there is a pool!! (Do not miss it) One of the absolute highlights of our stay wasn’t just the food or the exceptional service, but the Ibizan Herbal Liquor Workshop. Juan Tur introduced us to the art of making traditional Ibizan herbal liqueur while we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets from the Gravity Bar. We laughed so much, learned something new, and created a memory we’ll never forget. We’re not even at the end of our stay yet, but one thing is already certain: We’ll definitely be back.
