“This is our second time after some years later. But nothing has changed to negative, but everything changed to positive. As family we liked the hotel, personel and quality of the foods, drinks. On the first morning Yılmaz Chef learned my daughter's egg order and whenever he sees us he prepared without talking. It was so nice. All the bartenders were friendly and talkative. We recommend it.”

“I stayed at this resort for the first time I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it is a very big resort, the service was excellent. The food was so delicious. Everywhere was sooo clean and organized. Mustafa at the reception was wonderful. Provided wheelchair for my mom. He was polite and very helpful. From now on every June when I come to Türkiye from NY, I will come at stay at Susesi Highly recommend especially for families.”

“We had an enjoyable stay at the resort overall. The resort itself is beautiful, with lovely facilities, relaxing surroundings, and plenty of activities for both adults and children. The food was good, with a wide variety of options, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. However, the room service/housekeeping was disappointing and did not match the quality of the rest of the resort. The room was cleaned only superficially, without checking or replacing missing amenities. For example, the bathroom tissue box remained empty throughout our 3-day stay, and there were even items left under the bed from previous guests. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing and should be improved. Overall, the resort has great potential, but the housekeeping service needs significant improvement to match the high standard of the rest of the hotel.”

“Amazing resort and fantastic service from staff. I went with my wife and 3 year old daughter in June outside of UK school holidays. The kids clubs is great and staff are really attentive. Pampers nappies and wipes being available was a surprise. The buffet was great with different theme food on each day, making sure the food didnt get boring and repetitive. The Turkish A La Carte was super! For parents with young kids, Aptamil baby powder was provided along with a microwave to heat up food or milk in the main buffet resturant. Baby chairs also available. The drinks and cocktails were amazing at the bars. They make them properly and not just syrup. Only draft beers was Carlsberge but on a hot day it worked well. The beach was mostly sandy with some pebbles but good enough for us. Better than a all pebble beach. Overall the stay was amazing and really memorable. I dont know the how service is impacted during school holidays but for us the service from the staff went above and beyond. On our final day, they also kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the luggage storage and use the hotel facilities until our flights later in the evening. The Belek town centre is about a 30min walk but I would advise a cab for elderly or if your with young kids as side walks are quite high and sometimes blocked off. Land of Legends was a 15min cab away and cost around 20 euros each way.”
