“Fantastic hotel, staff is very attentive. We stayed in a junior suite facing the pool and it was magical. The hotel restaurant for dinner was exceptional! Highly recommend. The DJ at the pool is a vibe….. The only thing is that the neighborhood is not great and there’s nothing to do around the area, we rented a car so we were able to explore the island very easily.”

“Our first stay at OKU Ibiza was a lovely experience overall. We stayed for four nights while travelling with our baby, and the hotel itself is absolutely picturesque, immaculately clean, and offers excellent amenities throughout. Adding breakfast to our room was definitely worth it — the selection is extensive and caters to a wide range of tastes. We stayed across two rooms, a Deluxe and a Superior, both overlooking the adults’ pool and DJ area, which created a great atmosphere. The only downside to our stay was some miscommunication with room service. There were a few delays, and we often had to follow up with multiple guest hosts to ensure charges were accurate and that trays were collected in a timely manner. That said, the management team were fantastic in resolving these issues quickly and professionally. As it was only the second week of opening, this is understandable, but an area that could benefit from improvement. On a positive note, the bar staff, Teyo, reception team, and bar attendants were all exceptional — friendly, attentive, and a real credit to the hotel. One small suggestion would be for staff to wear name badges, as there were several individuals who truly stood out and deserve recognition. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great potential — we would happily return.”

“Veronica and her team were amazing!! From the minute we pulled up at property we were greeted warmly and experienced exceptional service! We were celebrating and milestone birthday and the staff made us feel extra special! The rooms were big and relaxing. The food (shoutout to the breakfast buffet) and spa services (the massages!) were beyond! Honorable mentions to the water in the lobby and to go water and very cute boutique with a good range of prices!! Needless to say we’ll be back!”

“Did an early summer honeymoon here with my wife. The thing that stood out to us most was the service. the staff (Joao from guest services) were super helpful and accomodating and tried their best to make our stay as pleasent as possible. Breakfast is great, the day beds at the pool are amazing and the hotel has a great gym as well as complimentary yoga and pilates classes. This place surpassed our expectations. More than you would expect from a high end hotel. Everything here makes just makes sense. They have managed to curate a great guest experience all around.”

“We went for a buffet lunch with family. Stunning entrance and pool area, which turned out to be a perfect chill area with lots of beds to laze on in the beautiful sunshine and ample shade also . Great entertainment from a guitarist really set the mood. Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Food was plentiful, very well presented and delicious. We spent an excellent few hours there and will definitely go again when we return to the beautiful island of Ibiza ❤️”
