“THE BEST Experience. The concierge was AMAZING! Special shout out to Natalia, Valentina, and Maria!! There was another young blond girl who was super helpful and patient but I don’t remember her name! They helps with booking dinner reservations, adjusting our schedule based on your families needs. We had everything planned but with 3 kids they all wanted different things once we got there! They did it all. I even had a problem with a day trip experience we decided to do. I would not recommend taking the train!!! But they said they would help get the complaint/adjustment started! And they did especially since i don’tspeak Spanish! I really feel that they went above and beyond. Everything about this hotel is great! Breakfast was amazing experience every morning! I loved that they knew my coffee order after 1 time.”

“We were extremely happy with our experience at Hotel Arts Barcelona and truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality throughout our stay. Although we experienced a delay of around two hours at check in, the way the team handled the situation completely exceeded our expectations. The manager was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. To our surprise, they offered us a complimentary future night with an upgrade at a date of our choice, a gesture we truly appreciated. We believe that occasional issues can happen anywhere, but what really defines a hotel is how they respond. The way Hotel Arts handled the situation showed us how much they genuinely value their guests and their satisfaction. A special mention also goes to the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful and consistently went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. We left extremely satisfied and with an excellent impression of the hotel. We will definitely be happy to return”

“The hotel is nice overall, and the rooms have been recently renovated, so they feel modern and new. We stayed in family connecting rooms, which were spacious and well suited for a family. The staff are amazing, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. However, the lobby and many of the other areas of the hotel look quite old! definitely in need of renovation. The layout of the hotel is also not very practical. From the entrance, you need to take an elevator to reach the reception and then another elevator to get to the upper floors. Getting to the breakfast and pool areas also requires taking multiple elevators, which can be inconvenient, especially for families. My biggest concern, however, was the level of cleanliness. This is a Ritz-Carlton, so naturally we expected a very high standard of housekeeping, but unfortunately, this was not our experience. Some of the towels had visible stains, which was disappointing. In one of our rooms, we found four toy cars left behind the bathroom curtain, which suggests that this area had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. We also found that the vanity kit and sewing kit packages had already been opened by previous guests and had not been replaced with new ones. For a hotel of this level and reputation, these housekeeping details should definitely receive more attention. Overall, the hotel is good in terms of room comfort, and the renovated rooms are spacious and pleasant. The staff and service are also excellent. However, the cleanliness standards and the condition of the common areas need improvement. Also, bear in mind that the hotel can get very busy and crowded.”
