“We had a 9/10 experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. The amenities were perfect, the cleanliness was perfect, and the room itself was excellent. The staff were also outstanding — everyone was making us feel at home, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A special mention goes to Manouela at the front desk reception, who really stood out with her kindness and helpfulness. At Sardini Restaurant, Minas made us feel at home, and at Stia Joana was also super friendly. Gerard from the cleaning service was very friendly as well and did a great job. Of course there are many more and we thank the whole teams for their effort to go the extra mile! :) The only small recommendation would be regarding the construction site on the other side of the hotel. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. We had booked a quiet room, and while the soundproofing was very good against cars passing by, it was not quite enough to block out the sound of a sledgehammer. All in all, I would still happily come again. It was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Kind regards Stéphane”

“We don’t normally leave reviews after a holiday, but after a 10-day stay at Avali, it’s worth sharing our experience. From the beginning we were made to feel at home and welcome, with the warmest staff I think we’ve come across at a hotel. The hospitality has been fantastic throughout, in every part of the hotel. Minas makes an enormous effort to get to know you and make you feel part of the Avali family, while Alexandra and Theodora were particular highlights for us - always making sure we were fed and watered, all with a constant smile on their face. They - and the whole team - made us feel truly looked after. We would recommend Avali to anyone in a heartbeat.”

“Me and my husband chose this place for our babymoon and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. I was 7 month pregnant at arrival and from the start, the entire staff treated me like a princess! The hotel premises are just stunning. The pool is incredible, the views are breathtaking, and the whole environment is created for a relaxing laid back experience. The beach is only a few seconds from the pool, so we were able to dip in an out from the pool and on to the sea. The food was incredible (I still think of their breakfast buffet) and perfectly suited to pregnancy. The staff were so polite, warm and considerate, we felt so well looked after. Truly shows how much work and care they put into it. My husband loved the drinks they offered, lots of piña coladas and mojitos by the pool. Only thing we wish is that they offered crisps and small snacks to have by the pool (not main meals). We absolutely enjoyed the a la carte dinner restaurant at Avali. We also had the choice to go have dinner at the bigger hotel from the same chain (Mar-Bella) which is just up the road, but we felt the vibe and atmosphere at Avali was much better fitted to us, it's just so special. I would say - don't bother to leave the hotel during all your stay!”

“A dream come true! I chose this hotel to propose to my partner and I’m so glad I did. The hotel was exceptional, facilities were top notch, the views were sensational, the food was delicious and above all, the staff were simply the best. I would recommend anyone to book a trip here as it will not disappoint. I was organising a private proposal dinner with the hotel manager a few months prior and they pulled out all the stops including a room upgrade to a suite without even requested. Thank you Avali staff, you made our trip a special one!!”

“Special mentions: Minas for excellent hospitality, Mark and Theodora for an amazing bar service. Timothe and Maria for fantastic reception service - all the staff was amazing to be honest. Maria the masseuse was exceptional too! Thanks to all the staff at Avali 🙏🏽🇬🇷 The "cons" if there were any - The resort is 25 mins (minimum) away from Corfu old town - so if you're looking to explore that side more, this can be a bit far out in my opinion. The food at the sister hotel - tha PAN ASIAN restaurant was horrible. They should fix that. The beach is rock-ier than expected. OVERALL EXPERIENCE - Cannot wait to be back! Absolutely loved our stay.”
