“Absolutely amazing stay as a family with 2 children. Service and food was remarkable. I also used the hammam and spa and it was a very relaxing and positive experience. Only downside are the big rocks at the sea entrance which made it impossible for the kids to enter the sea and the sunbeds being all full by 11am unless you put your towels on them earlier. Other than that everything was faultless. We will definitely be visiting Barut hotels again.”

“Where do I start? The warm welcome after midnight due to a delayed flight, followed by late dinner served until 2am. Such a lifesaver! The hotel and service is really 5-star. Neat and clean and staff take real pride in their jobs. Lovely buffets for every meal and the Begonya cocktails and vibe in afternoon with a view overlooking the Mediterranean....special. Spending our first family vacation abroad at Arum Barut was a real good decision 👏”

We would like to thank Room Manager Emre Erdem, who gave us a warm introduction to the hotel and personally showed us our room. Every day she greeted us with such kindness, warmth, and positive energy. She always made sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our stay. Her caring attitude made our holiday even more special. And finally, a big thank you to Ömer Çelik from the Pool Bar (I hope I read his name badge correctly!). He was truly the highlight of every visit to the bar. Whether I stopped by for a latte or a small bowl of nuts, he always welcomed me with a genuine smile, brightened my day, and somehow made every little coffee break feel special. It's people like Ömer who transform excellent service into heartfelt hospitality and leave guests looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire Arum Barut team for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and sincerely hope to return again in the future.”

“We stayed in a family suite (room 2060) and it was super spacious, our little one loved running around. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The only downside is the sea, it was a bit rocky, no problem for adults or older kids but we were there with a 17-month old so it was harder to go in through the pier. There are plenty of pool areas and slides so it wasn't really an issue for us in the end. Special thanks to Derya who welcomed us on the first day and gave us a nice goodbye. I cannot count everyone's name here sorry but thank you to all staff members for making our holiday so special.”

“We have just returned from a wonderful 11 night stay at Arum Barut Collection. Great cocktails by the friendly pool bar staff Furkan K and Ali Kemal, we even got to try a few new inventions which were all delicious. Fantastic service by Mustafa at breakfast and at the pool bar. Our 4 year old had great fun joining in the kids club activities and the mini disco. The food, setting, grounds, cleanliness and service are all impeccable throughout. We could only find one thing with room for improvement and that was the coffee, although Ali did manage to perfect a latte on our last day. We hope to visit again!”
